Hydraulic Cement

A type of cement that sets and hardens through a chemical reaction with water and is capable of doing so under water. Hydraulic cement is used in construction and repair of structures where water and moisture are present, such as in foundations and swimming pools. For example, it is used to patch leaks in basement walls.
